Pat celebrates her 45th year in real estate in 2016, 27 in Georgetown, MA as principal of The Pingree Agency and 15 years in Hillsborough, 12 as principal of Pat Nash Realty. Pat has enjoyed summers and weekends in Hillsborough since 1973, becoming a full time resident in 2000.
Pat has served as President of the 13,000 member Massachusetts Association of Realtors and has been named Realtor of the Year twice by the Greater Haverhill Board of Realtors. She has served as a Director of the National
Association of Realtors and an active member of their Professional Standards committee. She holds the Certified Residential Broker (CRB) designation. She is currently a member of the Capitol Region Board of Realtors. Throughout her career Pat has served on numerous local and church boards and was active in the Massachusetts Republican party.
Pat's interests are centered on responsible economic growth, maintaining a stable tax base, a good education for all children, and promoting Hillsborough as a livable, friendly place to grow a business and raise a family.
Pat and her husband Bob live on Franklin Pierce Lake and enjoy summers with visits from their 5 children and 7 grandchildren
